The next step is to let know that you would like to work with us and we can advise and help you to make this tour a reality. There is no obligation to travel, this step just allows us to make all necessary enquiries and work with our suppliers on organising initial details for your group while you advertise the trip to your school and collect deposits.

Get it right

This quotation and itinerary is a starting point. We enjoy this stage, spending time with teachers to make changes and ensure each school group gets the best itinerary at a suitable package price.

Confirm the trip

To confirm your trip a non-refundable deposit (normally 15% of the package price) is required. Once we have secured the main components of your trip with our suppliers we will send you a confirmation invoice. This will include a remaining payments schedule as agreed with you. Note: international flights are generally only available to be booked 11 months prior to travel.

Price guarantee

We know how difficult it is for teachers to ask parents for more money. Once we have issued a confirmation invoice the price will never change as long as the itinerary does not change and the numbers of travellers remain the same. So the price of the tour will not increase if flights and/or taxes increase or exchange rate changes. Another reason why EA School Tours makes teachers' lives easier!

Depart from your nearest international airport and fly to Orlando. Transfer to your hotel at Cocoa Beach.

Kennedy Space Center is an educational center that allows students to explore and tour NASA areas and interact with shows and exhibits. View ten-story high rockets from all eras of space exploration in the Rocket Garden, walk through a full-size space shuttle mock-up, see 3D-IMAX space films on gigantic five-story screens, and see an actual Gemini program capsule on display. Some recent additions to the Center now include the Space Shuttle Atlantis and The Hubble Telescope exhibit. The amazing exhibits and inspiring shows will immerse students into the past, present and future of the NASA space program. Students will also get a behind the scenes glimpse of Kennedy Space Centre on a NASA Bus Tour to the LC-39 Observation Gantry and the Apollo/Saturn V Centre!

 Camp KSC 3 day 

This fun adventure, now taking place in the all-new Astronaut Training Experience Facility, connects international students to NASA’s mission of studying and understanding Mars with the goal of landing humans on the surface someday. Focusing on Science, Technology, Engineering and Math challenges and activities, this unique program spans over 3 or 5 days with fun simulators, virtual reality, a walk on Mars, and robotic challenges. Students will receive a private briefing with a real veteran NASA astronaut, lunch and afternoon snacks daily, a tour of Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex and the Apollo/Saturn V Center, a Camp KSC T-shirt, and a certificate of completion at graduation. 

Students will become part of an experience that connects them to NASA’s continuing mission of studying and understanding Mars with the goal of sustaining an active Mars base in the future. Students will gain knowledge through launch mission to Mars simulations, tours of Kennedy Space Center and participating in everyday challenges faced by Astronauts. This program is an inspiring five days of educational fun and enriching space activities.

 Universal Studios: Go behind the scenes, beyond the screen, and jump right into the action of your favourite movies at Universal Studios, the world's premier movie and TV based theme park. The motto of Universal Studios is ‘ride the movies’ and that’s definitely what you will be doing! With great rollercoasters, shows and characters filling the park fun is certainly on the agenda! Check out rides and shows based on popular movies such as ET, Back to the Future, Jaws, Transformers and many more!

Islands of Adventure: This is a thrill seekers paradise! Creative consultant Steven Spielberg put together the most thrilling and technologically advanced rides and attractions ever made at Universal Studios Islands of Adventure. Your journey begins at the exotic Port of Entry and takes you through five uniquely themed islands - Seuss Landing, The Lost Continent, Jurassic Park, Toon Lagoon and Marvel Super Hero Island as well as, Harry Potter World!

Harry Potter World: Pull on your capes for the adventure of many lifetimes at Universal’s Harry Potter World! Opened in 2010, it’s the newest and arguably the most popular park that Orlando has to offer. Sip pumpkin juice and other Hogworts delicacies while enjoying shows such as the Frog Choir, the Ollivanders Wand Shop and the Triwizard Spirit Rally. Then jump on rides such as the Dragon Challenge, Flight of the Hippogriff and the Forbidden Journey to round off a day of magic and action!

STEAM App Series: Universal Orlando’s STEAM App Series combines national educational standards with real-world critical thinking to transform their top attractions into creative learning environments. Programs include physics lessons themed around the Hollywood Rip Ride Rockit rollercoaster, learning about engineering principals at the Transformers –The Ride 3D, and an into to paleobotany at the Jurassic Park Ride.

Behind the Adventure program: A science and technology themed tour of the Islands of Adventure theme park. Students now have the opportunity to discover the sciences used to create the world’s most technologically-advanced theme park, with exclusive access that's restricted to the general public! The 'Behind the Adventure' tour showcases the physics, technology and general sciences that went into creating the most popular attractions at Islands of Adventure.

Head out to Crystal River where you will have an experience of a lifetime swimming with Manatees. You will begin at the full-service tour facility, where you will be educated about the animals in a classroom type setting. You will then be suited up and transported to the dock, where you will submerge yourself into the manatee’s world and where you will be surrounded by birds, fish and wildlife abound! They might seem big but Manatees are gentle giants and you will be safe during the whole experience which is led by a Coast Guard Certified Master Captain who will be your in water chaperone and educator.

WonderWorks is an amusement park for the mind full of “edu-tainment”. The attraction combines education and entertainment with more than 100 hands on exhibits that challenge the mind and spark the imagination. Set in a funky upside down building Wonderworks is made up of six ‘wonder zones’, natural disasters, space discovery, physical challenge zone, imagination lab, far out art gallery and light and sound zone.

Head out for a ride across the Florida Everglades with the Boggy Creek Airboats and see alligators in their natural habitat.
