Get it right
This itinerary is a starting point. We enjoy this stage, working with teachers to ensure each school group gets the best itinerary at a suitable package price. Sample itineraries act as a framework, with teachers often working with us to personalise them to suit their areas of focus or add on new ideas.
Confirm the trip
To confirm your trip a non-refundable deposit (normally 15% of the package price) is required. Once we have secured the main components of your trip with our suppliers we will send you a confirmation invoice. This will include a remaining payments schedule as agreed with you. Note: international flights are generally only available to be booked 11 months prior to travel.
Price guarantee
We know how difficult it is for teachers to ask parents for more money. Once we have issued a confirmation invoice the price will never change as long as the itinerary does not change and the numbers of travelers remain the same. So the price of the tour will not increase if flights and/or taxes increase or exchange rate changes. Another reason why EA School Tours makes teachers' lives easier!

Discover the iconic Hogwarts Great Hall and explore the Forbidden Forest, board the original Hogwarts Express at Platform 9 ¾ and step foot into Gringotts Wizarding Bank, all before wandering down Diagon Alley. Located at the Studios where all eight films were produced, the Studio Tour showcases the British talent and artistry that went into the making of the Wizarding World.

The whole day today is dedicated to working on a film under guidance. Chocolate Films workshops are perfect for secondary schools to enhance students’ film and media literacy, tying into several subjects, especially Computer Science, English, Citizenship, History, Media, Drama, and Art. They enable students to develop creative writing and performance skills for screen. The experience provides an excellent addition to Media Studies building up awareness and understanding of film genre, criticism and constructs as well as developing professional skills on the latest digital equipment.

Today students will board the Eurostar and be whisked away through the English countryside out to the other side of the Chunnel, over into the French countryside.
They will arrive in Paris and be met by their transfer to their hotel.
