The next step is to let know that you would like to work with us and we can advise and help you to make this tour a reality. There is no obligation to travel, this step just allows us to make all necessary enquiries and work with our suppliers on organising initial details for your group while you advertise the trip to your school and collect deposits.
Get it right
This quotation and itinerary is a starting point. We enjoy this stage, spending time with teachers to make changes and ensure each school group gets the best itinerary at a suitable package price.
Confirm the trip
To confirm your trip a non-refundable deposit (normally 15% of the package price) is required. Once we have secured the main components of your trip with our suppliers we will send you a confirmation invoice. This will include a remaining payments schedule as agreed with you. Note: international flights are generally only available to be booked 11 months prior to travel.
Price guarantee
We know how difficult it is for teachers to ask parents for more money. Once we have issued a confirmation invoice the price will never change as long as the itinerary does not change and the numbers of travellers remain the same. So the price of the tour will not increase if flights and/or taxes increase or exchange rate changes. Another reason why EA School Tours makes teachers' lives easier!

We operate in a financially positive environment, where your school’s funds are only spent on your tour during the lead-up to the trip.
GROUP TRAVEL MANAGEMENT SOFTWARE
We use the latest software to make teachers' lives easier by performing tasks and collating information on their behalf. Instead of teachers chasing up parents for students' passport details, medical information, waiver forms, meal pre-orders, etc, Educating Adventures will do this on your behalf.
After breakfast, we visit Wat Pho, a giant house of the lying Buddha. Have a walk in Chinatown which is considered the busiest area in Bangkok and known by various specialties from countries in the region. The dishes are prepared only with the freshest ingredients of the day. Then, boarding a long tail boat for an excursion along the Chao Phraya River and many bustling interior canals that offer fantastic views of local life close by. Along the way, we stop at Wat Arun, the temple of the Aube. Lunch at local restaurant before returning to the hotel for some free time in the afternoon.
Overnight in Bangkok.
A trip to historic Kanchanaburi, with visits to the Allied War Cemetery, Thai-Burmese Railway Museum and the Bridge over the River Kwai. Enjoy and included lunch at a local restaurant. Take a train journey on the Death Railway over the bridge and view a spectacular wooden viaduct built by the POWS. Pick up and transfer by car to hotel.
Overnight in Kanchanaburi.
After breakfast at your hotel depart to Elephant World. At Elephant World you work for the elephants, instead of them working for you. Upon arrival meet and feed the elephants. Observe the elephants bathing, clean fruit/vegetables and prepare and cook sticky rice for the old elephants. Have lunch with their staff and volunteers of the project.
Afternoon, there are many activities waiting for you to help:
3.30 pm. The program ends and you will get a chance to say goodbye bye to them and continue onto Ayuttaya. Dinner at your hotel.
Overnight in Ayutthaya.
After breakfast visit the historic ruins of this former capital of Thailand and also Bang Pa-In, the former Summer Palace. Explore the remained temples and royal ground of the Great Kingdom (Wat Mahathat, Wat Phra Sri San Peth and Wat Chai Wattanaram). Lunch at local restaurant. Free time until you depart to Ayutthaya railway station for an overnight train
Depart from Ayutthaya railway at around 19.55hrs for your overnight train to Chiang Mai.
Dinner and Overnight on Train (2nd class air-conditioned with sleeping birth).
Arrive Chiang Mai in the morning and have breakfast at local restaurant.
Continue your journey to visit the Temple of Wat Phra That Doi Suthep, spectacularly situated on a mountaintop at an altitude of 3,520 feets. The temple’s golden pagoda contains Buddha relics, and attracts Buddhist pilgrims from all over the world throughout the year. Its compound offers an exhilarating view of Chiang Mai city and surrounding countryside. Enjoy lunch at local restaurant before continuing to your Chiang Mai hotel, the rest of the afternoon is at leisure.
Overnight in Chiang Mai.
This morning depart from the hotel by bus heading to the north of Chiang Mai passing country side and rice fields. Stop to visit Mae Malai market on the way, the colorful and exotic local market, where the local people and the hill tribes meet and trade their goods mostly fresh fruits, vegetables and flowers and taste some food from the Jungle
Process to a starting point for Trekking. Trek for 1 hour to the waterfall where you can enjoy swimming and relaxing. Lunch will be provided.
Around 2pm you will head back to the hotel where the rest of the day is at leisure.
Experience a thrilling day tour starting with a delicious breakfast at your hotel. At 7:30am, get ready as we pick you up for an exciting adventure to the stunning Phi Phi Islands.
Our first stop at 9:30am is Maya Bay, where you can swim and relax in the warm crystal-clear water of this unique lagoon. Afterward, we'll head to Loh Samah for sightseeing or snorkeling to see the beautiful Emerald colors of the sea.
Next, at 11:00am, we'll visit Pileh Cove, a natural cove where you can enjoy more sightseeing or have a refreshing swim. Don't miss the chance to see Viking Cave, known for its swallow bird nests. We'll then head to Monkey Beach, where you can snorkel and play in the sand.
At 12:15pm, we'll take you to Nui Bay and Camel Rock, where you can enjoy the scenic white sand beach and clear waters. It's the perfect spot for relaxation and photos.
By 12:30pm, it's time to satisfy your hunger with a delicious lunch on Phi Phi Don Island. Indulge in a variety of seafood, Thai dishes, and international cuisine.
After lunch, we'll visit Hin Klang, a great coral reef where you can snorkel and witness the beauty of marine life. Then, we'll take you to Khai Island, a small island in the middle of the sea, for swimming, relaxing, and snorkeling for about an hour.
As the day comes to an end, we'll return to your hotel around 5:30pm, leaving you with lasting memories of your fantastic Phi Phi Islands adventure.
