There is no obligation to travel, this step just allows us to make all necessary enquiries and work with our suppliers on organising initial details for your group while you advertise the trip to your school and collect deposits.
Get it right
This quotation and itinerary is a starting point. We enjoy this stage, spending time with teachers to make changes and ensure each school group gets the best itinerary at a suitable package price.
Confirm the trip
To confirm your trip a non-refundable deposit (normally 15% of the package price) is required. Once we have secured the main components of your trip with our suppliers we will send you a confirmation invoice. This will include a remaining payments schedule as agreed with you. Note: international flights are generally only available to be booked 11 months prior to travel.
Price guarantee
We know how difficult it is for teachers to ask parents for more money. Once we have issued a confirmation invoice the price will never change as long as the itinerary does not change and the numbers of travellers remain the same. So the price of the tour will not increase if flights and/or taxes increase or exchange rate changes. Another reason why EA School Tours makes teachers' lives easier!
Kennedy Space Center is an educational center that allows students to explore and tour NASA areas and interact with shows and exhibits. View ten-story high rockets from all eras of space exploration in the Rocket Garden, walk through a full-size space shuttle mock-up, see 3D-IMAX space films on gigantic five-story screens, and see an actual Gemini program capsule on display. Some recent additions to the Center now include the Space Shuttle Atlantis and The Hubble Telescope exhibit. The amazing exhibits and inspiring shows will immerse students into the past, present and future of the NASA space program. Students will also get a behind the scenes glimpse of Kennedy Space Centre on a NASA Bus Tour to the LC-39 Observation Gantry and the Apollo/Saturn V Centre!

This morning starts with the Astronaut Training Experience at the Kennedy Space Centre. During this experience, students will train to live and work on Mars using simulation technology.
This afternoon is an I-fly experience, which is an indoor wind tunnel. You'll have a workshop with a physics professor to learn about the physics of freefall. You'll then get to test your new knowledge in the wind tunnel!

You have the choice to explore two different parks at Universal: Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure.

Head out to Crystal River where you will have an experience of a lifetime swimming with Manatees. You will begin at the full-service tour facility, where you will be educated about the animals in a classroom type setting. You will then be suited up and transported to the dock, where you will submerge yourself into the manatee’s world and where you will be surrounded by birds, fish and wildlife abound! They might seem big but Manatees are gentle giants and you will be safe during the whole experience which is led by a Coast Guard Certified Master Captain who will be your in water chaperone and educator.
This afternoon some free time to explore the state beach park and one of Florida's malls or outlet centres.

Today enjoy a trip in the Boggy Creek Airboats exploring the Florida Everglades. Keep your eyes peeled for their most famous inhabitants, Alligators.
This evening transfer to LAX airport for your flight back home.
