The next step is to let know that you would like to work with us and we can advise and help you to make this tour a reality. There is no obligation to travel, this step just allows us to make all necessary enquiries and work with our suppliers on organising initial details for your group while you advertise the trip to your school and collect deposits.
Get it right
This quotation and itinerary is a starting point. We enjoy this stage, spending time with teachers to make changes and ensure each school group gets the best itinerary at a suitable package price.
Confirm the trip
To confirm your trip a non-refundable deposit (normally 15% of the package price) is required. Once we have secured the main components of your trip with our suppliers we will send you a confirmation invoice. This will include a remaining payments schedule as agreed with you. Note: international flights are generally only available to be booked 11 months prior to travel.
Price guarantee
We know how difficult it is for teachers to ask parents for more money. Once we have issued a confirmation invoice the price will never change as long as the itinerary does not change and the numbers of travellers remain the same. So the price of the tour will not increase if flights and/or taxes increase or exchange rate changes. Another reason why EA School Tours makes teachers' lives easier!
On arrival, you will be met by an EA representative, who will help you onto the coach.
Take a coach tour of the highlights of London, enjoying sights such as Trafalgar Square, Buckingham Palace and Westminster Abbey.
Transfer to your accommodation and settle in for your first night.
After breakfast use the tube to travel to the Science Museum which displays items drawn from every conceivable area of science, including space travel, telecommunications, time measurement, chemistry, computing, photography and medicine.
In 2000 the spectacular Welcome Wing was opened, which aims to keep its displays up to date with the latest digital technology.
After lunch visit the Natural History Museum which is home to one of the largest natural history collections in the world from microscopic slides to mammoth skeletons.
Dinner at a local restaurant.
Take the tube to Alexander Flemming Laboratory and enjoy a presentation on the discovery and history of penicillin.
Visit The Faraday Museum at the Royal Institution.

Take a coach to Laverton and enjoy a tour around the studios where Harry Potter was filmed. You’ll even get a chance to sample some butter beer.
This evening be prepared to be chilled to the bone on a Jack the Ripper Tour.
Travel to Greenwich and enjoy a self-guided visit of the Royal Observatory.
Visit the Thames Barrier (entry included) and take a ferry to Tower Pier and visit the Tower of London to see the priceless crown jewels.
After dinner take public transport back to your accommodation.
After breakfast take a coach to Kings Cross to take the Eurostar to Paris.
On arrival enjoy a panoramic tour of this stunning city by coach.
Dinner at your accommodation
After breakfast travel by Metro and visit the Louvre to see the world’s most famous painting “Mona Lisa” and their huge collection of art and statues.
Take part in a patisserie cooking class and enjoy eating your delicious creation.
This evening take the lift to the second floor of the Eiffel Tower for the best view of the City of Lights.
Dinner at your accommodation.
Visit the incredible Cité de Sciences and explore this massive Science Museum dedicated to promoting science and science culture. Here you’ll get a chance to watch an IMAX movie.
After lunch head to Musée des Arts et Métiers which is a museum dedicated to industrial design.
After breakfast transfer to the station and take superfast TGV train to Geneva.
On arrival transfer to your accommodation.
Take public transport to the pier for your cruise of the stunning Lake Geneva.
Dinner at a local restaurant.
Travel to the Palais Des Nations for a guided tour of the second largest UN facility known as UNOG.
After lunch take a walking tour of Geneva through the old town and see the world’s long bench with incredible views of the city.

After breakfast board your coach for an incredible journey to Munich. You’ll stop off for lunch in Zurich and have a photo stop at Lake Constance.
On arrival check into your accommodation and enjoy a traditional German meal.
After breakfast transfer to the Deutsche Museum. Guided tour of the world’s largest museum of science and technology. Spending a few hours in this temple to technology is an eye-opening journey of discovery and the exhibitions and demonstrations will certainly be a hit with young, sponge-like minds.
Coach transfer to the Allianz Arena and enjoy a guided tour behind the scenes of this amazing soccer stadium and finish this exciting day with a visit to the FC Bayern Munich Erlebniswelt exhibition at the arena.
