We hold the CSTO certification from SYTA, where we have been assessed over 25+ rigorous safety standards – this certification demonstrates a commitment to the well-being of travellers through comprehensive risk management, adherence to ethical practices, correct insurance coverage, bonding, assessment of suppliers and emergency response (amongst others).

We operate in a financially positive environment, where your school’s funds are only spent on your tour during the lead-up to the trip.

We use the latest software to make teachers' lives easier by performing tasks and collating information on their behalf. Instead of teachers chasing up parents for students' passport details, medical information, waiver forms, meal pre-orders, etc, Educating Adventures will do this on your behalf.

The next step is to let know that you would like to work with us and we can advise and help you to make this tour a reality. There is no obligation to travel, this step just allows us to make all necessary enquiries and work with our suppliers on organising initial details for your group while you advertise the trip to your school and collect deposits.

 

Get it right

This quotation and itinerary is a starting point. We enjoy this stage, spending time with teachers to make changes and ensure each school group gets the best itinerary at a suitable package price.

 

Confirm the trip

To confirm your trip a non-refundable deposit (normally 15% of the package price) is required. This can be completed ahead of flight release and would be refundable until your flights are booked and agreed. Note: international flights are generally only available to be booked 11 months prior to travel.

 

Price Guarantee

We know how difficult it is for teachers to ask parents for more money. Once we have issued your second invoice, the price will never change as long as the itinerary does not change and the number of travellers remains the same. So the price of the tour will not increase if flights and/or taxes increase or exchange rate changes. Another reason why EA School Tours makes teachers' lives easier!

The Acropolis- Visiting the Acropolis allows students to stand at the heart of Ancient Athens, exploring the Parthenon and other iconic temples that symbolize the birthplace of democracy and Western civilization.

The Ancient Agora- At the Ancient Agora, students walk through what was once the marketplace where philosophers like Socrates once taught, gaining insight into daily life, politics, and ideas that shaped the ancient world.  

The Acropolis Museum, located at the foot of the Acropolis in Athens, is a modern marvel that showcases the art and artifacts of ancient Greece. 

Students take part in an interactive Greek mythology or drama workshop, bringing ancient stories and theatrical traditions to life through hands-on activities

At Christmas, Syntagma Square sparkles with lights and decorations, including the traditional karavaki (boat-shaped displays), creating a festive atmosphere in the heart of Athens.

At the Christmas Factory in Technopolis, students can enjoy markets, ice skating, and fun activities that showcase modern Greek holiday celebrations

Visit Aegina – A lively island in the Saronic Gulf, famous for its pistachios, traditional harbour, and neoclassical charm. Visitors can enjoy its mix of history, local culture, and island scenery.

St Nektarios Church, Aegina – One of the largest churches in Greece, dedicated to Saint Nektarios, a modern saint known for his miracles. Its grand domes and peaceful setting make it an important site of pilgrimage and reflection.

Hydra – A picturesque island in the Saronic Gulf, known for its stone mansions, narrow streets, and car-free charm. Its harbour is lined with cafes, galleries, and fishing boats, creating a timeless atmosphere. Hydra has a rich artistic heritage, attracting writers, painters, and musicians for centuries. The island’s beauty and traditional lifestyle offer a vivid glimpse of Greek island culture.

Poros – A green island famous for its pine forests, sandy beaches, and neoclassical town. Its waterfront and quaint streets make it ideal for relaxed exploration. Poros combines natural scenery with historical charm, including old monasteries and clock towers. Students can enjoy both the coastal views and the island’s peaceful ambience.

Corinth Canal – A remarkable 19th-century engineering project that slices through the Isthmus of Corinth, connecting the Aegean and Ionian Seas. The canal is over 6 km long but only 21 metres wide, making it too narrow for most modern ships. Its sheer limestone walls rise dramatically above the water, offering breathtaking views. The site highlights both ancient ambitions and modern ingenuity in overcoming geographical challenges.

Perched high above the Corinthian plain, Acrocorinth offers sweeping views that make the landscape itself part of the experience.
As Corinth’s ancient citadel, it gives students a real sense of how geography shaped defence, power, and daily life in classical Greece.

Mycenae - students explore the ruins of a powerful ancient kingdom, linked to legendary figures like Agamemnon, and discover its significance in Greek mythology, history, and the epic tales of the Trojan War.

War Museum - students visit the War Museum, housed in a former military academy, where exhibits trace Greece’s struggles for independence and its military history.

Epidaurus, located in the northeastern Peloponnese of Greece, was a renowned ancient city-state and the premier healing center of the classical world. Dedicated to Asclepius, the god of medicine, its sanctuary served as a major pilgrimage site. It is best known for its remarkably preserved 4th-century BCE theater, famous for its perfect acoustics and as a UNESCO World Heritage site.

Mystras - This visit allows students to wander through the impressive ruins of a Byzantine city, with its palaces, churches, and fortifications that reflect the height of medieval Greek culture and power.

Methoni Castle - students explore one of Greece’s most important Venetian fortresses, significant for its strategic role in trade and defense, and recognize its cultural appeal as a filming location for movies like Before Midnight.

Kalamata – A vibrant city in the Peloponnese, famous for its olives and rich cultural heritage. Its historic centre features traditional architecture, lively markets, and museums. The city sits along a beautiful coastline with sandy beaches and a bustling harbour. Kalamata combines local gastronomy, history, and scenic charm.

Aereopoli – A charming town in the Mani region, known for its traditional stone towers and narrow streets. Its historic centre reflects centuries of local culture and architecture. The town reveals the rugged lifestyle of the Mani Peninsula. Cafes, shops, and scenic views highlight the area’s local character.

Vathia – A striking hillside village of the Mani Peninsula, famous for its cluster of stone tower houses overlooking the sea. Revered as the site of the Oracle of Delphi, it was here that the god Apollo was believed to speak through a priestess, known as the Pythia, offering prophetic guidance that influenced major political and military decisions throughout the ancient world.
